Cancellations, Returns and Refund Policy
You can cancel your order from Order History on My Accounts page. Customer Service will get back to you by email regarding your request. Only orders that are still being picked can be cancelled/changed. If your order has already moved to a ‘Ready to Ship’ status then it cannot be cancelled.
Refund amount for cancelled orders will be transferred to your Wallet. You can get the amount transferred back to your bank account by contacting us.
Cancellations from our end
We make every effort to fulfil all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. Our Customer Service will communicate to you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled and Phi Education will refund your purchase price into your Phi-Store Wallet (which can be transferred to your bank account by contacting us).
Bought something you don’t need anymore?
Products that have not been opened can be returned for a refund for any reason by submitting the Returns form within 15 days of receiving the order by customer. Please note that the customer has to bear the cost of shipping it back to us. No returns request for this reason will be entertained after 15 days of receiving the order by customer.
Thing you bought isn’t working right?
If your item is defective in some way we would be happy to attempt to resolve your issue. Please submit the Returns form within 7 days of receiving the order and our Customer Service will look into the issue and contact you accordingly.
However if a product is found to have any defect or is not functioning in the manner it is intended to (as stated in product manual and on Website website), and the customer raises a return request on Website within 7 days of receiving the product, then customer has to ship the product back to Phi Education Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (at his/her own cost). After receiving product returned by customer, Phi Education Solutions Pvt. Ltd. will determine if the product malfunction was caused by customer’s fault or was a manufacturing defect. If determined that it was a manufacturing defect we will offer replacement and ship it back to customer at no extra cost to the customer, and if we are unable to replace the product then we will refund the purchase price (to customer’s Wallet with Phi Education Solutions Pvt. Ltd.). If Phi Education elects to replace such products as stated above then Phi Education shall have a reasonable time to deliver replacements and Phi Education does not provide any warranty on replaced products (warranty, if any, will be from manufacturer) nor will Phi Education replace it further. If Phi Education Solutions Pvt. Ltd. determines that the malfunction of product was due to customer’s fault then customer has a choice to get it repaired from manufacturer (only in case where manufacturer is Phi Robotics Research Pvt. Ltd) at a cost and returned back to him/her or get product returned as it is (return shipping charges will be paid by customer in both cases).
Things appear to have been damaged in delivery?
Please check your order on arrival and if it appears to be damaged in delivery, please submit the Returns form within 7 days of receiving the order clearly stating the reason for return. After submitting the Returns form our Customer Service will contact you and you have to ship the product back to us (at your own cost). Phi Education Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has the sole discretion to determine if your claim is genuine. If the claim for product being damaged in delivery has been determined to be genuine then Phi Education will offer you a replacement at no extra cost. However if the claim was not genuine then no futher action will be taken by Phi Education unless customer requests product to be delivered back to him or repaired. No returns request for this reason will be entertained after 7 days of receiving the order by customer.
General Return Guidelines
1) All return shipments must include an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number (which you will get from Customer Service on filling Returns form). Any return sent without an RMA number will be returned to you.
2) All returns must include any accessories, manuals, documentation, etc. that shipped with the product.
3) You are responsible for return shipping charges for returns due to any reasons.
4) Some products are not eligible for a return for refund. These include, but are not limited to custom configured products.
5) In the event that we need to send you a replacement, return shipping will only cover delivery of the replacement part. You may not add additional purchases on top of a replacement shipment.
6) Refund amount, if any, for returned orders will be transferred to your Wallet. You can get the amount transferred back to your bank account by contacting us.
To get money transferred back to your account from your Wallet please contact us. We try to refund the amount from your Wallet to your bank account within 15 days of your request to transfer, but due to some unforeseen circumstances if there is a delay you will receive communication from us accordingly. The mode for refund will be same as through which original payment for product/service was made by you to Phi Education Solutions Pvt. Ltd., except in cases where original payment was made through cheque where refund will be made through wire transfer.
Note the Promotional balance (which is credit granted by Us purely for promotional or goodwill purposes) in your Wallet cannot be refunded back to your bank account, it has to be redeemed by buying products from Phi Store website or taking courses on Phi Education website.
